ketostix

Hi,
Does anyone on here use the ketostix, are they very acurate, or do you know when in ketosis & where is the cheapest place to buy them?

I get them free from my sister in law (she's a health visitor and they have those pee sticks at the place where she works). You can get them from Boots, but they do tend to ask questions. I believe you can also get them off EBay. I like to use them coz then I know I've done the diet right...if its purple/pink, its impossible to be storing fat!!

Hi buffydog

In Tesco's at the pharmacy counter or any chemist. About £3.50ish. Not everyone uses them to test for ketosis but I do at the start, just to make sure and to motivate me. I don't bother once I know I am.
