Hi i know this question has prob been asked before but cant find it anywhere

i know you can have leaf teas not root /fruit etc but does anyone have or know where i can get a list of the different ones allowed from.

Before lipo i never drank tea or coffee but fancy something other than water but cannot have coffee the smell makes me sick.

and what about the other teas like earl grey etc .

i know you can drink peppermint tea and earl grey not sure where you would get a list from but im someone on here will know more

Rooibosh(sp?) or redbush tea is lovely without milk, thats ok, I also read that tetley decaff green tea bags are good for speeding up the met rate, am off to get some 2morrow!!!

thanks just phoned my mam works at a hotel so she gonna get me some peppermint ones and any other ones she can.

monsoon your losses are amazing!!!! i hope my losses will be as good as yours, do you just do LT or exercise as well?

I have been to tesco this morning and bought the Tetley redbush tea, green tea and peppermint tea.

But i cant get them listerine strips anywhere! my pharmasist says that were allowed sugar free chewing gum as well .... is that right?

Mine said that it affects some people and not others, I was brushing my teeth so much my gums were sore so I chanced it, weighing up the odds, I have gone from eating about 4 meals aday to zilch, how is a bit of gum going to gain me weight, so i bought sugar free about week 4, look at my ticker, don't reckon it's affected it at all!!! So I say go for it, Good luck.
