Feelin' blue!!

Not in the "sad" way, I'm glad to say but in the last week there has been 2 occasions when i have felt cold where my fingernails have turned really blue. One was last week when i was standing outside at my mate's house and was freezin and the other was about an hour ago when i was eating a frozen chocolate tetra and feelin really cold!! How bizarre! My body temperature must go way down at these times!! Anyone else had this? Just so i know i'm not abnormal!!

Hi, i always feel freezing when I go into ketosis proper - I have invested in some very attractive thermal socks - lets just pray the sun comes out - by the way, it does wear off

Yes, my OH thinks i'm bonkers - it's June and i'm in bed with fluffy pink bed socks!!
It was 21 degrees today outside too - ridiculous!!
