hi everyone just wondered if there was anyone that lived in Essex (near Lakeside). I was looking at starting LT next week, but dont know what chemists local to me are stockists, and the LT site is still down so cant check on there, tried the freephone number that a couple of members kindly gave me, but constantly engaged..HELP

Hi Nicci, im very close to you in grays, aint we lucky, lakeside and bluewater on our doorsteps. Dont know about LT but can I ask why not CD? Theres so much more choice of flavours i believe and lots of local councellors. Just a thought.

Hi Lucy, is W8 a vlcd too.? does it consist of shakes the same as cd, lt and ll? How much does it work out a week? always looking for something new.

Thank you Happe & LucyLong for your replies. Have decided on LT as a few people on another forum i go on are on it and seem to be doing well, so thought id give that a try first, hopefully ill be able to stick to it and come summer ill be a skinny minny arty0049:. Regarding Lakeside & Bluewater Happe, i hate shopping so i stay away from them places, unless its an emergency.
