Hi everyone,
I've been following my own VLCD for around 6 weeks or so, and I have managed to lose 3 stones so far. I have decided to start either LL or CD because then I'll know Im getting all the nutrients I need, but I'm worried that I'll put weight on with it because I have been cutting back on calories quite drastically.
Do you think this is likely to happen??
Im 5ft 7inch and would like to lose another two and a half stones.
