Hello does anyone know what color is the best reading for ketosis, i keep getting the third and fourth ones from the top.

The lighter pink they are the more hydrated you are ,,, darker is more dehydrated - so pale pink is best!

Erm the isnt really a best reading as long as its pink, even a hint of pink you are in ketosis. The Purple colours mean you are dehydrated and need to start glugging!
