Hi All

Hi everyone, i'm obese having "yo yo" as my middle name and i've been doing weightwatchers for the last two weeks, i've lost 7lbs so far- I know its mostly water but i'm happy to be rid of that wather too:), I have a slidy thingy form y points and was wondering how accurate it is, I havn't got the time to goto classes so i'm really doing it alone, so should I get a calculator of stay as I am?

I'm now 14 stone and I want to get to 10 asap. well as soon as not exercising and just cutting out my food will get me:)

oh and does anyone know how to get rid of my ticker becuase its years out of date and I don't know how to change it:eek:

Hi Sam - well done on your 7lbs off so far !

WW is a great plan and it really does work......

if you click on your ticker...should take you to www.tickerfactory.com

and you can change it there.....

hope that helps !

love

Thank you i've just ordered one and a shopping guide, i've just been to farm food for the first time ever, they have weightwatchers meals for a pound:eek:, and a better variety than tesco, it was a little embarrising when I piled 26 ready meals on the counter and she said.. oh lets hope you stick to it! I just laughed and told her I feed the dogs on them to keep them slim lol..

today has been good porridge and just now one pink and white - I never thought i'd just eat one , I normally eat the whole pack, and a you guess it ready meal:D.

I really like farmfoods, but ours only has 6 different meals and i only like the chicken curry one though, but they make up for it with weightwatchers chips, desserts and cakes!

Good Luck

I have to be honest I saw the chips and thought will I stop at a few.. I decided not just yet !!. Maybe when I get more into it and start to see a change in my shape. Ah- Chicken curry- mee too:D the cakes are just not allowed for me I can't get it into my head yet that cakes are allowed and don't want to get into the "i've used all my points on cakes" day because I know I would:eek:.

See i'm on 27 points and find it hard to eat all the points when i plan the day, so cakes help a lot, carrot cake is the best, tastes like proper cake not diet cake,
This diet should be a breeze god knows why i keep falling of the wagon.

its taken me a very very long time to realise why we fall off now and again.

If you have a drug problem you keep totally away from drugs. If you have a drink problem you keep away from drink, but us who have an eating problem cannot go without food,I did on lipotrim and it was so wonderful to cut it totally out of my life and to loose weight, but when things happened in my life after going back onto food I used it as my crutch again:mad:.. We can't get away from our addiction, we have to face our deamons each mouthfull. This is the hardest thing I have had to do in my life and it will always be something I will have to keep a check on, but to be able to get out of bed without using the weight of my bedside cabinet will be worth it.. xx

Welcome to the WW gang :)

Id definitely recommend getting a proper calculator, an Eating Out Guide and a Shopping Guide, get them and youll be all set :)

pink and whites, zapped in the microwave for 10 seconds - bliss and only 0.5 a point what more could you want lol :D

Hmm it is a closely guarded secret apparantly hehehehe

I always have a few packets in the drawer

The first one in the kitchen, lol

The one the dog stares longingly at ALL day long :D

They are 2 wafers with marshmallow wedged between them, yummmmmmmmm

omg i have some of those, but i told the other half he had to eat them tonight so i wouldn't be tempted. Think i might have to go poach those back!
