hello lipotrimmers, how many calories does this shake contain, and why does it contain hydrogenated fat?

Because it contains all the nutriants and fats ( i don't see hydrogantaed fat anywhere on the ingredients?) you require to live off such a small amount of cals. The amounts of fats per serving are tiny
