oops - teeny lapse!!

has started again!!
Preparing salad for a bbq for DH, DD & DS. Cutting up cucumber, ate couple of slices. Then ate couple small broccoli florets.... Now I'm thinking, today has been so tough (honest, it's been a b***h food-wise.) that maybe an SS+ day would be ok.

I know you are not supposed to jump between plans, but as I've had the green, could I not have just a little white too??? (Chicken breasts about to go on bbq, no fat, marinade or anything.....)

Its just BBQs are the hardest ever.........
