Oh the day before judgement day!

Hi all,

Yes you all know what I mean the day before weigh in..... or in my case "measure in".

I've just woken up and have to be honest a little nervous about tomorrow mornings "waist measuring". I havent managed to make a whole week 100% on my Dr Cohen's program.

Thursday night we went out for dinner and I ate pasta, but only consumed half the meal.

Yesterday, Saturday, we went to the football and I drank 2 wines, had milk in one coffee and half a mini custard tart with my husband. Then ate my dinner etc accordingly.

I did not feel terrible like overeating afterwards on either occassion's so that was a plus. Today I will have to drink lots of water and try to squeeze in the gym and stick to my guns!

I aim for a better week next week. My husbands b'day is on Thursday and we are going out Friday night for dinner and clubbing as this is our first celebration in Melbourne since we have moved here 2 months ago.

I think I will have a drink next weekend and will probably go ove with my food on that meal but will only go over with the foods I'm allowed.

Sometimes you just cant help these situations I know. But the problem I find is that it's really hard to stick to the plan when I only have 1st 3lbs roughly to loose.

Some mornings I feel good in my clothes and others I think what can I were that is going to fit!

Today will be productive I hope and I wont have time to think about deviating.
