sweetners added to shakes??

Is it ok to add the tabs to shakes I have added 2 to my straw shake and it was much nicer, is this ok??

I know it is ok to add them to peppermint tea etc, but was wondering about the shakes??

I have the vanilla and choc hot with coffee and one sweetener in them.
