cook fish?

Im having fish for my ss+ meal tonight and havent the faintest idea what to do with it???

Any suggestions?:eat:

I wrap it in foil and add a few herbs to it. It then just bakes in it's own juices so you don't miss the oil etc.

Or if you've got a steamer, pop it in there, again with a few fresh herbs (hmmm dill...i'm salivating lol) should only take a few minutes.

Enjoy!

I love fish, if it swims or crawls in the sea and its eddible I'll eat it.
Fish is really easy to cook, baking it in tinfoil is the best way to do it if your not going to use any oil.
best herbs with whits fish are basil/ thyme or parsley. Try all three with a little bit of chilli or some corriander which is yum!!! If it is a normal size fillet it should take about 10-15 mins max at gas mark 200/210. If the skin is still on the fish take it off after cooking otherwish it'll fall apart during cooking.

Steaming is good too, place it in a plastic sandwhich bag with your herbs and poke a few holes in the bag pop it into a strainer over a pot of boliing water (if you dont have a steamer. This should also take roughly the same time. Flakes should expand and look milky white when done.

Enjoy
