week 4 weigh in

Just been for my weigh in and lost 2lb.
I know in the real world of dieting i'd be jumping round feel good but i feel a bit deflated, but not defeated.
last week i upped my water intake to 4 litres instead of 3 and put curry powder in my soups.
So this week going back to 3ltrs and no curry powder to see if this will help.
Please tell me i'll loose more weight!

ps. I have not cheated i don't pay 36 pounds to cheat i'd do ww instead and put on x:scale:
 
Just over a stone in a month, I would say its done exactly what 'it says on the tin' and some! So well done on your loss!
We're all different and we all lose differently so chin up kidda and be happy ;-) xx

This happens pet, I promise you it evens out again and I would included 4 exercises this week if you're not doing any.Sometimes people get a run of 2lbs and 1lbs and then a 5lber and its a great surprise.Keep it up as you said it would be great in ww for the first week or so then totm and you're back 2 square one!!you're doin great keep it up!!!

Look I really think if you have less to lose then it will be slower and you shouldn't be comparing yourself to those that have a lot more to lose. You only had 2.5stone to lose and I think you are doing great! Hang in there hun, you will get there!
 
I agree with Sara, your start weight was a lot less than a lot of those who lose 5-8 lbs per week. the less you have to lose the smaller the losses...its all relative hun. 2lb is great, over a stone gone already, that would never happen in ww, chin up now!!

well done, its true if you are at a lower weight it does come off in smaller amounts, lipotrim say you will lose a stone a month and you have acheived that,stay positive and good luck with next week x
