Just had dinner out....and not what I should have eaten.

Hi all,

Just had a stressful 2 days and finally had a resolution and hubby and I went out for dinner. Not feeling guilty but slightly bummed about not even making the first week.

I did only eat half the meal and drank lots of water. Feeling confident about being back on track tomorrow, it's late evening in Melbourne, Australia.

Might be concerned about the waist measurement on Monday but going to pump in the water and green tea over the weekend.

The good thing is I dont feel bad as I didnt over eat and not that I am for deviating in anyway but realise that that's life.

Is anyone out there been in the same situation?

Whats done is done hun....dust yourself off and straight back to the diet. The most difficult thing with LT is social situations! I desperately missed going out for meals, but its really worth it in the end. Good luck for today hun. Try and stick with it 100% if you can.xxx

Here comes the blunt answer...you may not like it, but i am only thinking of you!
You need to be really careful eating!!!! you will restock your gycloen sp? levels maybe re watching the lipotrim video on line will help you understand it!!! You were soooo close to keotosis and now you will have to begin again!! Food on LT is punishment not a treat
You shouldn't feel glad.... tbh ...the diet is tuff and restarting is much harder!
NO MORE FOOD!!!! All that being said, wishing you the best for your WI

People I work with just don't get it & keep offering me stuff saying 'it won't hurt'... yes it fuggin will now get away from me !

Getting back into ketosis & maintaining it is my be all & end all focus.

Protect your ketones like you would your children & you'll not go far wrong :)
 
Thanks darling ...i had the same ...i used their comments / offerings to make me more determind to succeed..Its mad how much other people want you to fail... so thay can say see told you so ..this diet is far too hard...NO THEY ARE WRONG LT is sooooooooooooo worth it x
 
Thanks guys..... I'm not on Lipo or Cam D so ketosis means not alot. But do know I can jeopodise a loss on Monday.

Mind over matter and no I do value the point and purpose of staying on track. Thanks for the kick up the bum.

No drama's all diets have a similar form of Ketosis so in a way you were doing me a favour by reminding me.

MY BMI is 25.6 at the moment. I'm a very fit person as used to train weights quite seriously and i'm a gym/exercise junkie, luckily always look fit "ish"


I'm 5ft 7 and my perfect weight which makes me a UK size 12 jean is around the 64 - 66 kilo range. I've been at this weight before and for a number of years until the last 2 years.

Lost 13kg last year and then got sick and went on steriods.... I gained 7 kg's.. Just trying to get them off. That will/ should make my waist around 70 ish cm's.

Basically 1.25st, I think that is, to lose. Jeans dont fit comfortably anymore and usually hate trying to queeze into clothes for work everymorning which until 5 mths around slid on easily.

Sounds like you're doing the right things, taking action before it gets out of hand!
I have just got 3lb left to target, 1.3kg, but I have already got rid of 24.5kg! When I started I was clinically obese :sigh: so I did let it go too far but I'll be taking a leaf out of your book from now on and keeping a close eye on any gains. :)
