we just get tesco healthy light ones, they prob dont work out on the SW site as syn free but they are less cals and less sugar than mullers.....i just think SW have a deal with muller to make you buy them.

I cant understand how they are free cause they are higher in sugar.

I can't stand the taste of natural yog on its own, does it taste alright with fruit? would it still be free if we pureed our fruit or would that turn into a syn?

I love natural yogurt. If you puree fruit it then turns into syns. Sorry!
I love natural yogurt and raspberries.

yea but at least pasta and sauce is cheap ha ha

Yeah MB its nearly the same price as a bloody yogurt. I live in the middle of nowhere (15 miles from civilisation) and if I run out of yogurts the wee small shops round here charge anywhere between 50p & 70p. Rip off!

curvygirl i dont puree my fruit just mash it up slightly straberries etc then add it also honey and natural yog is lush honey is 1 syn for 1 level tbs (well worth it) i also like it with just loads of candarel.....puree fyuit can be counted as a hex as well though :)

For the past couple of weeks I've been buying the WW citrus or summer fruit yogurts(free) cause they've been £1 for 6pk from Adsa but today the offer has changed to WW layered fromage frais £1 for 6pk so bought 2 pks only to discover when I got home that they're not free 0.5-1 syn each depending which flavour.

I like the fat free Activia yogurts.

The Tesco and Asda Muller equivalents are free but they don't taste as nice

If you look in The Old favourites and new ideas sticky, you will find a big list of free yoghurts, it also tells you where mullerlights are cheapest at the moment! :)
