Bars in week 2 or 3?

On a mission!
I just read in another thread that you can't have bars until week 3. My CDC told me I could have them in week 2.
 
I was told after week 2 but my cdc will sell them if you want them before that
 
I had mine in week 2 :)

try and hold of for aslong as you can though hun... lol
 
I don't get mine until week three.
 
I had mine in week2 and was fine. Its just to make sure your defo in ketosis, before you have them as they contain slightly more carbs than the shakes/soups
 
Officially you're not meant to have them in first 2 weeks...but I think CDC's have discretion. I asked my CDC if she could put one in, week 2...and she said she think it'll be ok.
