I was going to have a friend down for the bank holiday w/e & I purposely came out ketosis yesterday so I could have a drink or two (or plenty).

Well - now they're not coming down :mad:

I've only had salmon on salad & chicken on salad (both with a citrus dressing) yesterday n today but still...

Back on the shakes tomorrow & expecting a few days of horribleness before K Day kicks in again...

Would've been worth it for a weekend on the lash with someone I hadn't seen in yonks but still... & the worst bit is I didn't even fuggin miss food or give in to temptation grrrrr (still... not denying it tasted ace :D )

Luckily my May / June / July diary is hermit-like so I can crack on with no distractions / temptations.

Please welcome me back with open arms... :D
 
Welcome back babe, you can do it Although if it was me i'd be tempted to have a pint or two before getting stuck back in:)
 
No my arms are closed you donkey, it will do you no good flitting in and out of ketosis, cant you just wait a couple of month and then go get lashed with the lads.

sorry about your plans getting messed up but as lillie says you may still be in ketosis.get yourself on the pints of water just to help you back on track.

Some habits were hard to break lol I still put away litres a day even the last couple of days... had a sip of flavoured water yesterday & it was far too sweet.. funny how yer tastebuds change... ice cold normal water every time now :)

I must admit I perform much better with a couple, not lots of beer in me, but they wil just have to put up with a few hours of luuuuurv making for now! xxx
