cereal

has anyone seen the slimfast cereal anywhere? i am stqarting properly tomorrow and starting my bike rides???? but could quite fancy creal on a morning... have seen it on the advert but not in boots or asda, any help please... thankyou,

ps will be posting regular now as internet conected at home.

will introduce mself, have done cambridge, lighter life, ww, slimming world and rosemary all of tehm i think lol x x x but i think sf is sustainable as can deffo miss 2 meals a day. struggle with cambridge and ll as enjoy food and an occasional wine...

I got mine in Tesco, Ive read in another thread that its not that nice but i enjoyed it, we all have different tastes eh.
Like yourself ive tried every diet going and am struggling on SF too, don't think my head is in the right place at the mo so taking a few days off as its my birthday saturday and going to re start on Monday.

I have seen the cereal in both my small ASDA store and a big walmart ASDA. Also seen it in Tescos. Its always with the other SF products, not in the cereal aisle.
