Well done on your weight loss Alfie - it was my first weigh in and I managed 8lbs - so we are doing pretty much the same.
I am really excited about this - as the results are almost immediate, I am already having to put my bra on it's tightest fitting (OK - it is still a pretty big bra, but they will get smaller!!!)
