Not just a one day wonder

Am only on day 2 and I have to go to wales to "mother-sit" lol.
Basically my dad was due home from hospital today, and has now been told he has to wait for another test, which could take 10 days and then await the results before he is either allowed home or has to wait for an operation. So my mum has been on her own since i came back just over a week ago, and is now dreading being on her own any longer.
So thats me back off to wales tomorrow!
Am taking my foodpacks and my blender and should be fine, but i wont have internet access ARGHHHHHHHHHH
So keep your fingers crossed for me and i'll update you all when i get back.

I'm back from wales folks, and not a cheat happened at all.
I did however naughtily weigh myself yesterday, just to confirm that i was doing ok (wont say how much i lost, but i am smiling!)
now on day 7, and i have my official weigh in on tuesday night, so will update you all then.
