Ok so Ive to work late and have no shake!

1) can i use canderel in my tea to give it a kick to keep hunger at bay?

2) im doing ss+ and can have tuna in water...is this the same as tuna in brine?

sweetner is fine aslong as its the tablet form

tuna in water yes defo!! (no brine to much salt) ..

where do i get tuna in water? ive never heard of it? my cdc said that tuna in brine was the same as tuna in water?

i have powder version of canderel here??

no they not the same, tuna in brine has to much salt .. your cdc is wrong

can get tuna in water from supermarkets?

dont worry though, i have had tuna in brine on this diet in the past and still lost.. its only for today?

as for the sweetner i dont know... will it honstly make you feel full? do you really need it?

get mine in tescos sometimes says in spring water, dont know about the canderel ,sorry x

thanks for that girls. will skip both! must have a look in tescos now for that tuna! seriously I got so excited when my cdc said tuna in brine! ah well at least i can have it at all!

you can use sweetner in tablet form.. but not powder.. .. and tuna is water.. not tuna in brine due to the salt..
