Back on board after relapse

hi everyone! wish i could write some inspiring thoughts for once rather than being the one who keeps making silly mistakes. Well i've lost about 12lbs in 2 weeks but i gave in to a ham sarnie a few days ago and wel re started the whole long ketoisis thing, even though i didn't find it any easier when i was in ketosis duno why! Now i'm on the shakes again and feeling the hunger pangs really bad even though drinking lots of water and sometimes only have 2 shakes a day to compensate for my hicupp! you're all doing so brilliantly well and hope that i can join you all on your success soon x

Hi Roxy you need to have all 3 shakes a day..otherwise you will not get all the vitamins and nutrients you need and will end up ill... Lipotrim is a controlled starvation diet so we must have these 3 packs a day...in terms of the 'cheat' i hope you have realized yourself that it was not worth it..the hunger will die down..water does defo help... i am on week 3 and for a few days drunk only 4 litres instead of my usual 5 or more and it made a huge difference, i was thinkin of food and having alot of hunger pangs.. so back to 5 litres of water... the key here is willpower .. all the food will still be there when you are finished..i hope you succeed this time .. willpower willpower xx Good luck

dont worry chuck, main thing is you're back on it again! i had a sh*t wkend and ate toast and butter on sat. major boo-boo and im sure my weigh in this wk will show that BUT hey ho! onwards and upwards!! you really do need to have the 3 shakes aday, not only because it gives you the right nutrients but if you have less than 3 the temptation to give in and eat will be greater. the hunger thing stays until quite a few wks in i think. you lost sooo much weight before this little slip up so keep with it!! you can do it :)
 
less than 3 shakes a day will also put your body into starvation mode, and you won't lose so much weight, as your body will hold on to its reserves as it thinks it is under attack (if you see what i mean) and will shut everything down to its minimum to conserve energy, and thereby burn less calories. So in effect, you will not lose more for eating less shakes. Hope this helps x x x

Hun...KEEP OUT OF THE KITCHEN AND KEEP THAT FOOD OUTTA YOUR MOUTH! :D You need to have all 3 shakes otherwise you WILL be hungry...every time i think of food i drink half a pint of ice cold water ...after this i couldnt bear to eat...maybe give it a shot..it also takes my water up to 5 - 6 litres a day by doing it this way and don't forget the more you wee the more fat you lose xxx

i am sure it wont have too much effect (maybe 1lb or 2lb)But its sooo not worth it!!!!

i know :( bad bad me! no not yet, can feel it comin on tho cos my mouth is smellier than a smelly thing lol felt like poo after eating and have so learnt my lesson...sorrrrrry mummy nic hehe how are you feelin now? xx

hi yummy mummy, so glad that i'm not the only one here. Thanks for ur support hun it really helps. I mean i just find the shakes so boring and the smell of food is just enough to set me off, but guna distract myself as best i can for as long as i can. As for the rest of u inspirational ladies, thanks for ur tips... nic so proud of u hun that you've stuck it thru and at your goal weight.. fancy swapping? hehe
ang- can't bear the thought of drinking more than 2 litres. hate the taste of water- weird huh? but thanks for the tip hunni xxx
