hi ive lost quiet a lot of weight now but i cant get rid of my bulging belly and even my arms are gone saggy does any one know of any good exercises to get rid of them i have a trampoline but with all the water im drinklin i cant stay on it long :crazy:
I recommend kickboxing!!!! Great fun and tones arms, legs and tummy fantastically. As an added bonus, I always found boxing the head off a few lads extremely therapeutic!!!!! LOL!!!!
try water aerobics that gives you an all over workout and doesn't strain your muscles too much, plus they're single sex sessions. good luck and well done for losing the weight
