Hi, i'm new to this forum, I was wondering if anyone has ever been on the littlemissfitness diet? It's the one with the bracelet, low GI with calorie counting? I have done it for 3 weeks and my friend has too.

It's littlemissfitness.co.uk she is a nutritionist, If you buy a calorie bracelet she does a nutritional analysis and give you a diet.

OMG you have done brilliantly, well done!
