Why did I do it

Feeling :( today - spent yesterday with my "outlaws" we were taking our boat back to the sea - left home at 6.00 am they stopped at 9.00 am and ate a full english - I had a chocolate tetra. Then they had a burger when we arrived at the marina - I just watched :(. I did lunch on the boat - I did them ham and cheese baguettes, chrisps, cheese and cake - I had green leaves and tuna and MIL asked for some of mine!! On the way home they stopped at the pub and had fish and chips!!

The thing that upset me is that I caved in - my DH was cross as I said I would just have a drink but then his parents got all shitty so I ordered roast chicken and veg. it was cauliflower but I did put some of the gravy on it :break_diet:

Now I am really cross with myself - I was doing so well...... :mad: I'm even crosser with them :) as they made me feel bad for not wanting to eat with them.

I love the feeling of loosing weight but I hate the way it is causing problems with my DH.

Sorry just wanted to rant a bit....
 
Oh hun. Its not easy is it when you get pressure from all sides. At least you made wise choices, chicken and cauli should be fine and shouldn't knock you out of ketosis. As for your OH, they can also be a bit "funny", I think its fear of the unknown. Dig your heels in and carry on x x x
