Mix a mousse help

Just made up my first mix a mousse with Choc Orange. It tastes nice but is very runny and has little lumps (of the gelatine) in it. Can someone give me the perfect recipe to make this up properly?

add the mix a mousse scoop to the sachet of cambridge pack and mix it up in there, before adding it to the water and blending! Make sure you use very cold water if poss too and give it a very good blend :) xx
 
I add the shake and mousse powder to a jug and stir thoroughly with a fork to combine - a good 20 seconds.

Then add iced water to it. I do about 175mls - I have an old water bottle of my daughters I pop in the freezer for half an hour and use the icy water.

Then blend with a hand blender for AT LEAST one minute, then put into a glass/bowl and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes.

It's like angel delight when set.

you need to really whiz it.

mixing the mousse powder and the shake contents really works too.
 
I cant stress how much you need to blend it, I sing a whole song whilst I am doing it, 2 whizzes round is just not enough!!
 
YUMMMMM! Couldn't live without my mousse in the morning - I luurrvve it!!!:drool:
 
I love mousse to try it mixed with a choc or banana tetra!
The secret I feel is all with the mixing,good powerful mixer for at least a couple of mins.I put mine in freezer,but I know some people prefer the fridge
