They arrived today - I have committed myself to 2 more weeks SS'ing then I am going to move over onto Atkins I think. Will use the 2 weeks to study and try and understand the concepts of Atkins!! Getting excited now the recipies look lovely.

Mine will be arriving tomorrow. Looking forward to a good read. I had an older one but I think things have been tweaked in the new one. Like the amount of salad and veg.
