I have just bought frozen cheese omelettes from Asda and i want to use my Healthy a Cheese allowance to reduce the syn value. They are 3.5 syns each and contain whole milk and oil as well as mature cheese so i doubt they will be syn free but i know with snadwiches you can take points off if you use your bread as HE...
