I'm about 9lb's above BMI25 and so need to start moving up through the plans in the next few weeks, but I am starting to WANT to eat, so I am tempted to go up to 810 next week after weigh in.
What are the losses like though?
I'm guessing at a few lb's less than SS, so similar to SS+? Is that a reasonable assumption?
