I know this has probably been asked a million times, but I can't find the answer whe I search!

How many Mousse's can I have per day. I have a feeling it's one (boooo!) but want to know before I commit to a Hot Chocolate

Doh! I was hoping It would be 2 as I have an urge for a Toffee and Walnut one (OMG HOW yummy are they!), but will make do with a nice Hot Choc instead.
