I've gained 12 pounds :wave_cry:

I know it was because I mentally gave myself the green light to eat any old crap, because I knew I was coming back on this, but my god, 12 pounds!!!

Hey ho, back on CD tomorrow, hurrah!
 
You will prolly lose those in your first week...so good luck and get going. You can do it! X x

Just put it behind you and get re-started in the morning.... it's done now.... time to re-focus and remember why you started this 'bonkers diet' (as someone on here called it....lol!;):rolleyes:)

After 3 days over indulgence in the Cotswolds this weekend I too am starting tomorrow - I have a holiday to slim for and I am determine to loose at least 2 stone by August.. ..... you with me on this one????

Absolutely 110%! I really need to do this and having someone who is doing alongside me is going to be a great motivation, thanks Mich!
