Hey All,

Just wanted to let yee know I'm bound for my first weigh in this evening, tis been a full week and I cant wait. I have done a few cheeky weighs myself and defo loosing the pounds. I'll keep everyone up to date later.

Over the moon! Managed to loose 1st 2lbs in a week and whats even better I actually feel it & begining to see it too :D
