Last year I was almost 13 stone, and I am 5 ft 4" . This year I am around 11 and a half stone, and I have the confidnece to wear clothes that I wouldn't have even considered last year. Not crop tops and stuff
but nice slightly fitted tops, not the usual vest tops in 8 different colours that I still looked like a sack of spuds in.
I have bought a cami style top, and it's a bit fitted and I actually have a waist!!
This is what I need to keep me on track, I think in winter when I wear jumpers and stuff it sort of doesn't matter that I am a bit big, but then when summer comes I can't hide in my big jumpers.
I even got on the exercise bike last night and did some stomach crunches, I am determined to lose one more stone, and be able to wear nice clothes intead of shapeless ones.
