DOES IT REALLY MATTER???

Hiya Guys,

Just a quick question,

Do you think that being in Ketosis makes a huge difference to your Weightlosses each week??

The reason I ask is because I cant seem to manage CD 100%, I am fine during the week but when it comes to the weekend I am crap, Dont get me wrong I dont binge or go crazy they are just little nibbles, but I drink loads of water which I know helps alot.

I lost 4lb this week & did eat over the wkend but made healthy decisions, I was just wondering do you think I would lose alot more if I stuck to it & was in Ketosis??

To be honest I think as long as you are very sensible with your choices and try to stick to high protein meals then you are able to still lose a reasonable amount of weight, my best weight loss, apart from the first week was the week I had 2 "healthy meals" whilst I was away, but we all have to do what is best for us and what we are happiest doing.
 
Kel, eating won't necessarily knock you out of ketosis (think Atkins). You will still lose weight if you are not in ketosis but on a VLCD youare more likely to be hungry. What makes you think you are not in ketosis?
