Im Back!!

Im back and am ready to get going with this weight loss. I have been rubbish at it lately. My May Weight loss is just not happen. Have had a very stressful week been backwards and forward to hospital to see my dad who is awaiting heart surgery. Been comfort eating but not anymore. The big holiday is getting ever closer. Ahhhh.

Try not to be too hard on yourself just now as you are going through a lot with your Dad.
