BNS Chips, just cut bns into chip shapes (no need to peel unless you want to) and then either spray with frylight or a little olive oil HE B, and sprinkle with s&p and some garlic powder or garlic salt (or whatever you like) and bake at 180 for about 20-25 mins turning once (no need to parboil).
