Dear fellow low carbers...

Just wanted to celebrate the fact that the sun is shining and we can go to the party! Barbecues were made for us...I've got the steak, pork and chicken wallowing in their carb free marinades and rubs and I shall feast like a queen later. All I have to do is get the green salad together and I'm ready to go.
Hope the rest of you will be enjoying the sunshine too.
