Havent a clue where to start

Hi everyone, i have been trying to google Lipotrim and it actuall doesnt tell you where to buy the shakes etc. And im really not sure what the Lipotrim diet actually is. I hear people talking about ketosis too. What is that? SOrry i dont know alot about it but it sounds amazing!! Any one that could enlighten me? Thanks alot

Lipotrim is available through your pharmacy or your GP the lipotrim website will give you a total list of what pharmacy's close by you do it.

Lipotrim is a total food replacement - you have 3 shakes (or soup or flapjack) a day instead of food - you do not eat anything!

After appx 4 days your body will go into Ketosis - your body will start burning your fat for energy instead of taking it from food.

By this stage you will have more energy and will no longer feel hungry.

You will lose a lot of weight on this diet but it is very hard - you need to be fully commited before you think of doing it.

Also can you do this diet if you have had heart problems? (Heart attack in 2001, as this diet would be great for my dad but like it said, he had heart problems..) Thanks alot for your reply

how are you,
well lipotrim is a total food replacement diet,(sounds harsh but your body actually gets used to it after a few days,and u stop craving silly foods,its great)
anyway you have 3 shakes a day.they come in different flavours,chocolate,strawberry,vanilla,chicken soup,and flapjacks...so you mix these with water and drink 3 throughout the day.you also need to drink lots of water 4-5 liters u can also have black tea,black coffee,and peppermint tea, and listerene strips.

Hiya, you'll need to check with your GP regarding the heart attack situation for your dad. I'm not sure what the score is, but you have to complete a medical questionaire at the chemist and I know that is one of the questions. This diet is not a fad. It was designed by the guys at Hope Hospital to help obese patients lose weight quickly, but healthily in order to have urgent operations. I don't see why that would be a problem, but I'm no doctor. Maybe when you have your appointment check with the pharmasist and see what they say about the heart problem for your dad.
