I need to keep on track and i hope that posting a food and exercise diary will help me. I am startinh this week with Success Express to try and give me a boost.
I think my other problem is I am now not planning my days meals or writing down my syns i have eaten.
So, i will forget what i have done and start afresh, my first target 14lb!
