O/T: Legal advice required

Does anyone have any knowledge of UK internet copyright law and intellectual property rights. Specifically that which relates to ownership of material appearing on a website?

Sorry can't help with specifics. I know you need permission to use logos etc.

I dont know the ins and outs, but if web material is copied and used in anything such as uni work or for work purposes- like reports or marketing etc. you have to reference it due to copyright law... thats all i know im afraid. As long as u reference you are not infringing any copyright unless otherwise stated on the author's website. If in doubt you can contact the author xx
