hi guys
,it official my scales at home id defo broke thank god,had my fourth weigh in today,lost 8 lbs am so shocked,nearly fell out of my standin when they told me at the chemist,thank you for all the support over the past few weeks,and thank you gaz for your chicken soup secrets mmmmmmmmmmmwell am startin week 5 a very happy girl,good luck everyone

jenny well done hun, ive just had my first weighin and ive lost 11lb, bloody amazed and totally converted this diet works if you stick to it, 3 more pound and its a stone, im on cloud nine!!!!!

congrats guys puts a smile on my face when people are over joyed with there weigh ins,slightly enveous thow im goin to be weighed in a bit and i suspect not going to be as sucsessfull never mind. great news thow xxx

well done jen,i too got weighed today but only lost 2lb :-( but ive lost 1 stone in 3 weeks,so here is too next week!!!

thanks hon i did try the trcker thing just was nt happenin for me.im not the best on computers at all..ill try give it another shot,its mad how the weeks have flown by,seems like yesterday i was lookin at everyones trackers hoping i could do it crazy xjx

thanks my start weight was 18.5.im now 16.4,hopefully next week i can kiss the 16 sgoodbye lol
