Week 3 WI.....

Well, another week gone and another 4lb down! Cant believe normal LT feels now! The first week dragged, the second week i was constantly thinking about LT but this week its just flowed!!! (i did have a weak moment this week tho...)

Hope everybody is enjoying the sunshine and has a fab day xxxxxx

well done on your loss hun,i know what you mean about LT feeling normal who would of ever thought that food doesnt actually need to run your life,im loving the sun too xx

thats great, it does feel normal now but iv been havin weird dreams about eatin! i no it dunt mean out thow, has anyone else??
