Just done the baby tuna pasta bake (tescos) was feeding her, she didnt like it, so i sat there picked the tuna out and the cheese sauce then i ended up eating it all :cry::cry::cry::cry:

Well unless you deliberately bought the tuna pasta bake because you knew she wouldn't like it I wouldn't worry too much. Just don't do it again! Remember how you felt after eating it, maybe try to work out the best way to get rid of food before you can pick - straight in the bin, cover it in salt etc.

she so naughty not eating her dinner

but i am even more naughty for eating it.. i feel so bad... been doing so well getting back on track have drank 4.5 litres of water already today

urghhhh

oh well perhaps it not done to much damage with the scales.. but perhaps knocked me well out of ketosis.. dread to check...
