Im in week 2 and allowed natural yogurt and greek yogurt, im having a maga issue staying out the fridge. i love it.
please give me an idea of how much yogurt you are eating a day. im sure im having to much
 
You should stick to 2-3 servings per day.
A serving is a small pot or approx 120g.
I went a bit mad on the yoghurt when I could first have it too, same with fruit. The cravings do calm down though.

I still get through 2-3 servings a day, I love it with jelly and I really like the muller lights as well (you can have them from week 3).
 
Have to say, I have NEVER had greek yoguht until today - and OMG it's lovely, I was never much of a cottage cheese fan either, but I have a little of that everynight with my salad. Was never much of fish eater either - and again, have had seafood everynight - tonight will be night 8 of seafood - the chicken breast has had to go in the freezer for now.
 
I LOVE the Total 0% Greek Yog and get through tons of the stuff (am in week 12 now). Nutritionists also reckon that calcium in yogs helps the body metabolise fat more easily - so we're doing ourselves HUGE favours by eating it!

I had never had plain yoghurt and never ate fish either, now I love both.
It is quite strange how this changes you.

Im with you on LOVING the Total 0%! That stuff is just lovely. I always have it with my fruit combo of Strawberries, Green seedless grapes and blueberries.

Me too 0% and fruit salad for breakfast is the best ever! I hated cereal week because all I wanted was my yoghurt breakfast. Ended up dumping the porridge after three days and having to confess I didn't eat the cereal to my LLC.
 
Im about to go into Cereal week.

Thing is, I've not really bothered re-introducing milk. I stopped it in my coffee when I started, and have gotten used to that, so I didnt really see the point.

My LLC takes the view that only reintroduce something, if you really want to. The options there should I randomly crave a bowl of weetabix at some point, but I really dont think that's likely!

Im sticking with my fruit salad and 0% ;)
