uh hu think i had to much

husks..... havent had them for a few weeks, because i been eating an atkin bar a day and was going regulary, but i havent been since saturday so this morning i decided to have some in my shake i must of put in 3 table spoons and went within an hour, now i am sat here with griping pain in my side and my bumholiooooooooooooo :cry:

Sorry.... this bit made me smile!! IKWYM tho, did a similar thing with Dulcolax. one not enough, two...... light blue touch paper & retire!

Wow 3 tablespoons no wonder you pooped within an hour lol.
I hate constipation...can't think of anything else when I have it as its soooo uncomfortable.
