going on day seven

wow i never tot i could get to day 7 but i did it, i know that nothing can stop me now, am soooooo over the moon with my new found body shape i cant wait to go for my WI tomorrow. enough about me i hope everyone is having a lovely bank holiday anyone with exciting news pls feel free to post it here.:giggle:

I'm on day 6 atm and looking forward to my wi tomorow!! By my scales ive lost about 8lbs but probably might not be as much at the cdc house. No intention of stopping.. feel great and wish id found this diet sooner. I'm looking to totally re-educate myself with food.
