Can I take Ibruphen?

I feel lousy,have a throbbing head and sore throat ,think I am coming down with this throat virus that's doing the rounds!!
I have had some paracetamol but its not really touching it.If I was to have a shake could I take some ibruphen after?

Yes you can take them. Take them with your shake so it is not on an empty stomach.
