Well went to my 1st meeting tonight, nothing's changed really since the last time i was there. So all ready to go for it tomorrow!
Weighed in at 18.12lb yuk, but much better than 20.10 when i started CD!!
I'd love to get to my 10% by xmas, thats 17stone do you think thats possible in 9 weeks? Would be lovely if i could!!!
