favourite sin free dinners

hi all,

what's your favourite sin free dinner? am looking for new ideas as i don't want to get bored with what i'm eating.

here's a quick and easy pasta dishes:

1 x pack of bachelors cheese and brocolli pasta'n'sauce (made in microwave with water)
a little extra dried pasta
mushrooms
quorn chunks

instruction:
cook all the ingrediants and bung 'em together!

Hi, mine is Meatballs in tomato sauce.
Pour passata into saucepan, add veg(i like mushrooms,onions and red peppers) & dried mixed herbs, while thats cooking shape mince into balls and add to passata & veg simmer for about 20-25 mins. I serve mine with steamed veg. it's lovely.

Mines really simple - its steamed salmon and scrambled egg! (With... soy sauce of course!) xxx

Off to see what I can make. This will be interesting as I really need to shop as cupboards are nearly bare.
