Hi,

So sorry about this but need an answer. Just been to loo and have just passed an oil slick!! :sick0019:I can only equate it to the time i was taking Xenical slimming tablets a few years ago when once i had too much fat in my diet and it came out in a very similiar fashion. Have almost finished week 4 with no probs and I feel fine and haven't ate anything i shouldn't. Had 2 CD, 1 cranberry bar and a 200kcal meal yesterday (SS+).

I know it;s pretty gross but i am slightly alarmed!!!

Once again, i apologise!!:sigh:

OH DEAR!

Dont worry about TMI here, we're all family!!!

I think thats prob just a funny old side effect, maybe u dont agree with the cranberry? I remember it gave me a bit of wind!!

Well I suppose better out than in eh! x x x

If you're feeling fine I wouldn't worry...this CD certainly plays havock with your bowels...but so worth it.

"peeing out of your bum" is how i would describe it. Tasty thoughts there, and you are most certainly not alone. HAd a few "near-misses" accident wise with CD in the past xxx

Thanx girls!!:D Just wondering what "the floating globules of orangy oil" are all about?:sign0137: (Again sorry - bit graphic!!) Shall have to monitor it over the next day or so - extremely unusual. Was having a lovely thought that it was all my blubber jumping ship the quickest way it could find!!:giggle:

Hi Jackie, are you adding any fibre to your diet? this could be your problem. If you add a heaped teaspoon of phsilium husk or Flax seed(I use flaxseed) to your shake this will give you the roughage your diet needs. Rememebr your taking in alot of liquid and very little or no solid food.
I started on sunday taking flaxseed in my shake each day, weighed myself this morning and down 6lbs, as it is 100% fibre it will not effect your weightlos but will give you a nice big solid poop:)

Hi girls, thanks for the advice. Didn't have it again for a couple of weeks until i ate some fish i had bought in Lidl (am on SS+). I had 190gms of this white fish which was called Escolar(never heard of it b4 but is yum). The next day i had the same problem and i can only put it down to this fish - It is quite low in cals and fat but was quite oily (maybe shouldn't been eating it?). Have decided not to eat it again, just in case. Can honestly say have never had such an extreme reaction to any other food!! Bizarre!!

Hopefully the problem won't return but i shall keep you posted!! (i see you waiting with baited breath for that LOL:D)
